# EMDECS McLeod Integration

## EMDECS has an optional McLeod integration module. Listed below are the different types of data that can be sent from EMDECS to McLeod, and vice-versa.

- Equipment Data 
    - Unit Master Details for Active Units (unit number, in service date, owner, make, model, year, serial number)
    - PM Due Dates
- Financial Data 
    - AP Invoices 
          - Sublet Invoice
          - Inventory Invoice
    - AR Invoices 
          - Work Order Invoice
          - Counter Sale Invoice
    - WO Cost (Internal Units)

### **McLeod to EMDECS**

- Customer Record (records imported from McLeod are used to map against an EMDECS customer record)
- Vendor Record  (records imported from McLeod are used to map against an EMDECS supplier record)
- Odometer / Hub Readings 
    - Unique by VIN or unit number
