# Getting Started with CloudHawk
## Hit the ground running and get the most out of the CloudHawk solution!
Who is this article for? Standalone Tracking customers.
*Note*: Tracking integration within **emdecs one** is currently partial. Some portal features are only accessible through the standalone Tracking portal. Where noted, follow the standalone steps.
To login to the CloudHawk Portal, visit [https://www.mycloudhawk.com](https://www.mycloudhawk.com/) in Chrome or any modern web browser. You can login with the username and password you set when your account was created.
If you didn't create your CloudHawk account, and are having trouble logging in, contact the person in your organization that setup your CloudHawk service for assistance. They can [create a user account](https://knowledge.brightorder.com/adding-new-users-to-your-cloudhawk-portal?hsLang=en)for you.
