This article will guide you through finishing your registration to our Customer Portal and Knowledge Base, to gain access to the Garage Vendor Help Center.
1. Once the CX team member has added your contact to our system, you should then get an email from noreply@brightorder.com with the subject "You've been given access to content at knowledge.brightorder.com".
Double check spam/junk folder if the email isn't received in a few minutes.
In the email, click Create password to finish the registration of your account.
2. Next, enter your password twice then click Save password.
3. You will receive another email saying your password was successfully saved.
4. You will then be taken to the Sign in page where you can input your login credentials and access the knowledge base.
5. Once signed in you should be able to see the Garage Vendor Help category.
