From the Sign In page enter your Username and Password
Then you will be shown the Badge screen: enter your badge and click Go
If you do not have Defect Manager access please reach out to your Administrator
In the upper left, click Fleet and then Defect Manager
From here you will be shown the report history. You can filter by driver, location, unit number etc., click refresh, and then print the report you are looking for. This will open it as a PDF.
