Finding your Customer Code

When finalizing integrations, the system may prompt you to enter your customer code. Here’s how you can locate it in your portal.

Who is this article for?  Standalone Tracking customers.

Note: Tracking integration within emdecs one is currently partial. Some portal features are only accessible through the standalone Tracking portal. Where noted, follow the standalone steps.

To locate your customer code, you will need a user account with the Admin role. 

In the top-right corner of your CloudHawk Portal, hover your cursor over your name and select Admin.

On the Account Tab

Under this tab, underneath your "Company Name" you can find your customer code.
