Installing CloudHQ Meeting to assist with customer meetings
Install:

Click Add to Chrome
Click Add Extension
Invite a client to a meeting:
In Gmail, to invite someone to a meeting, click compose and just click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the email.
Meeting Settings:
In the following pop-up you will be able to adjust your settings and availability. Here you can adjust the following:
- Meeting Settings: Adjust which calendar you would like to use
- Meeting Title: Adjust your meeting title if needed
- Personal Meeting Link: Add GoTo personal meeting link here
- Meeting description: Notes/Agenda for the meeting
- Meeting duration: Toggle meeting length (15, 30, 60 min option or custom)
- Travel Time: Time Buffer if required
- Email Settings: Text for the meeting link / check to add meeting link as a button and/or a gif for improved response rate
- Availability: Set your availability for meetings here.
- Same day booking: Toggle if you are available for the current day
- Valid date range toggle: Select if you want to limit the date range for the above set days and times. Leave untoggled if this does not apply.
Settings and Dashboard link is located in the upper right hand corner of the popup
Once settings are complete click Insert Meeting Invite Link
Whoever you're sending this link to will be able to choose meeting times from the time slots when you're available to meet (based on your Google Calendar availability).
You can create an email with multiple recipients and this will not cause a conflict with the appointment availability displaying properly
Once someone books you, the meeting will show up on your Google calendar, as well as in their calendar.

- Setup your Book Me link (link you can use on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Set up your mobile notifications
- Manage your Google Calendars
- You can access the dashboard by clicking on the CloudHQ icon in the upper right corner of your Gmail:
You can also set up your Book me link and add it in your Gmail signature (or put it on your LinkedIn page, web page, etc.). You can configure your Book me link by going to this page https://www.cloudHQ.net/manage_book_me
