[Account & User Management](https://knowledge.brightorder.com/emdecs-one-eld?hsLang=en#account-user-management) # Owner-Operator Account Registration Owner-operators can use the **emdecs one ELD** mobile app to register and get set up.  1. As soon as you open **emdecs one ELD** app, you'll see a **CREATE ACCOUNT** option at the bottom of the sign in screen. When you do this, the first account creation page pops up. Enter your Name, choose a password, and enter a phone number. Give the number of a phone that you can access easily as you will shortly be sent account details by text. Next you'll enter the DOT/ NSC number of your unit. The information provided in this section will show up on your daily logs. If you have no details about these, you can skip this step. Now enter your company information. This information will be saved to your the owner-operator profile and will also be displayed on the logs. After filling in the company information you are finished with your setup.
