If you want to change your HOS cycle types, you can modify them in the Settings page:
Go to the Personal settings to view and change your hours-of-service cycle type
If you are in the US, the most common cycle is Property Cycle 8/70.
If you are in Canada, the most common cycle is C1: Canada 7/70 (South of 60).
Even if you drive in one country, you must set an option for both countries.
Depending on where you are and what type of transportation you work concerns, you may have a different cycle time.
