Viewing Hours-of-Service Logs

The View Logs page in emdecs one ELD is where drivers can view their logs, trip inspections, documents, and edits waiting from dispatch.

Click VIEW LOGS to access your driver logs

After selecting this, you can see your current day's log as shown in the image below.  Note: The Switchboard application can only show you the previous 14 days' worth of logs on the application. 

If you wish to view logs further in the past, you will have to do so on the Switchboard Cloud Platform. To learn more, go here:  https://www.onswitchboard.com/solution/fleet-management 

To view the RECAP ONDUTY hours of the current cycle, tap the RECAP button at the bottom-lefthand of the screen:

Doing this shows a screen with the On-Duty time information by you in the past six (6) days. 

Sending Logs to Email / DOT / NSC

You can share your logs by email and fax. Use the SHARE LOGS button on the top right of the page.

Tapping SHARE LOGS then shows options for email and fax:

Once you select either the Email or Fax option, emdecs one ELD displays options to share one of the current day's logs, the previous seven (7) days' logs, or the previous fourteen (14) days' logs. After selecting your time period type in the email address/fax number then tap SEND.
