Assign Parts Contract to Customers

 After creating parts contracts, they need to be assigned to the appropriate customers (unless it is your default parts contract).  The default parts contract will be used for any customers who are not set to a specific contract. 

Assign a Parts Contract
Go to Administration Menu >  Customer >  Search for and click on the customer name > Select the appropriate Parts Contract from the drop-down list > Click OK at the bottom of the screen to save.
 
 
 
 
 
You can also select ADD if you would like to create a new Parts Contract from this screen. When you click ADD , it will bring you to the Parts Contract Wizard
