This article explains the Auto - Replenish Feature that is available in Parts Master . The purpose of this feature is to denote which parts are replenished automatically by the vendor and do not require you to make an order yourself.

The Auto Replenish tick box is located in the upper right portion of the part information.
When this is blank, the system will suggest the part for re-order based on stock and re-order settings.
Parts-> Order Parts-> Suggested Orders
Generate a report based on Part Master settings, and the part will appear in the Suggested Orders
If I put a tick into the Auto Replenish feature, the system will then ignore this part when suggesting reorders.
After re-generating the suggested orders, the one for CHAD is now gone
