Creating and using Surcharges

This document will walk through how to create a surcharge and how to apply it to a work order.

Creating a Surcharge

  1. Navigate to Administration > Corporate Setup Manager


  2. Select Surcharge across the bottom


  3. This screen shows you the Surcharges that have been created and where you can create new ones.

  4. Click Add Surcharge


  5. Fill in the required fields. To have a set price, set the charged Percent to 100% and have the min and max set to the set amount. Then click OK




How to add Surcharge to Work Order

  1. Once a work order is open you can click on the surcharge


  2. Select the Surcharge from the drop down and alter any fields if necessary and click Ok 


  3. Once added you will see it on the RO
