This document will walk through how to create a surcharge and how to apply it to a work order.
Creating a Surcharge
- Navigate to Administration > Corporate Setup Manager
- Select Surcharge across the bottom
- This screen shows you the Surcharges that have been created and where you can create new ones.
- Click Add Surcharge
- Fill in the required fields. To have a set price, set the charged Percent to 100% and have the min and max set to the set amount. Then click OK
How to add Surcharge to Work Order
- Once a work order is open you can click on the surcharge
- Select the Surcharge from the drop down and alter any fields if necessary and click Ok
- Once added you will see it on the RO
